We are a growing group of business angels eager to provide entrepreneurs with an opportunity to create and grow their ideas.Stellar Angels Club is our new platform: It is where and how we meet to invest together, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and have a lot of fun all the way.
We operate by investing our own money in startups where we see potential for profitable exits in the long run. Our true mission to help enthusiastic founders in creating amazing new companies! Our ultimate goal is to bring a real positive impact and give back to society.
Our founding team consist of experienced professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs from wide range of business sectors, including Finance, Banking, Consulting, Retail, Wholesale, Technology, Tourism, and Non-profit. Our club-members are usually holding senior management positions in well-known corporations, or are entrepreneurs, or professional investors.

Our main value proposition to Investors include:
- Deal pre-screening and administration
- Events / pitch meetings: 4 per year (each quarter)
- Meeting organization and catering
- Networking with startups and other club members
- Access to shared knowledge & data pool
Some of the additional services we provide are:
- Workshops and events participation
- Negotiation support, incl standardized term sheets and contracts
- Deal syndication - lower risk for each party and less deal closing costs
- Deal analysis, valuation and due dilligance
- Project marketing and restructuring
Our current Membership Policy include the following package:
1) EUR 250 annual membership fee, thereof:
- EUR 125 for the remaining half-year 2018;
- EUR 100 for for the remaining half-year 2018 (for all new members accepted until July 31st).
2) Money-back guarantee under the following scheme:
- Year 2018: If you do not like it, we will refund to you 100% of your paid membership fee;
- Year 2019 and ahead: If you do not like it anymore, we will refund to you the remaining annual portion of your paid membership fee.
3) Referral program for new members
If you refer to our club a new potential member (business angel) and our Membership Committee accepts the nomination, you will get 20% discount from the next year's annual membership fee. The maximum number of referred and accepted new members is 5 (five) - accumulating to a total discount of up to 100% from the next year's annual membership fee.
